LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TRANSFER OF THE AGREEMENT
Tayfun YAZAR may transfer this agreement partially or in whole at any time without notice. However, the USER and MEMBER may not transfer this agreement or any part of it to another party. Such a transfer attempt is invalid.
FORCE MAJEURE
In all cases legally considered as force majeure, Tayfun YAZAR is not liable for late performance or non-performance of this "Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement". Such and similar situations will not be deemed as delay, non-performance or default on the part of Tayfun YAZAR, and Tayfun YAZAR will not be liable for any compensation for such situations.
APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORITY
Disputes arising from this "Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement" are subject to Turkish Law and the determination of the competent court and enforcement offices will be determined according to the laws of the applicable law. Tayfun YAZAR reserves the right to file a lawsuit in the country where the USER and MEMBER are located.
ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
This "Internet site terms of use and membership agreement" shall enter into force on the date it is announced by Tayfun YAZAR in the SITE content. USERS and MEMBERS accept the provisions of this agreement by using the SITE.
